Our Story

The Vintage Hub was established in 2015 with a simple belief: great design should last.

We specialise in mid-century furniture from the iconic start of the 1950s through to the stylish end of the 1970s. Pieces from Scandinavia and Britain form the heart of our collection — furniture and lighting created at a time when form, function and craftsmanship were given equal importance.

Mid-century design was never about trends. It was about living better, using honest materials, intelligent proportions and objects built to be used and loved for generations. That philosophy still guides everything we do today.

Our passion lies in sourcing beautiful, elegant pieces and giving them a new chapter — restoring them so they look and feel as close as possible to the day they first left the production floor, while preserving the character earned through decades of life.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bring the charm, quality and integrity of vintage furniture, lighting and objects into both traditional and contemporary homes, while promoting a more sustainable way of living.

We believe every piece has a story — shaped by its maker, its materials and the era it came from. Our role is to respect that story, preserve it, and pass it on to the next generation.

What We Do

At The Vintage Hub, we carefully source unique, rare and beautifully designed furniture pieces, lighting and decorative objects. Our collection includes everything you’re your dining room, living room, office and everything in-between, each chosen for its design, quality and timeless appeal.

Every piece is meticulously restored to what we call factory standard. This means returning it as closely as possible to how it would have looked and felt when it was originally made decades ago.

Seating is the one exception. Original upholstery is often beyond saving, so we reupholster seating in modern fabrics that are durable, easy to maintain and of premium quality — all while respecting the original design and meeting contemporary standards of comfort and use.

No shortcuts. No fast furniture. Just patience, skill and respect for the original craft.
